xAI upgraded Grok Bot for sales teams with native integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, and Granola, enabling autonomous customer research, meeting follow-ups, and CRM workflows.
xAI launched Grok Bot for Enterprise, positioning bots as AI teammates that can be assigned real work. It is free for two weeks for all Grok and Cursor enterprise customers. A marketplace of Bot templates followed, including in-house procurement specialist Haggle Bot, which xAI says saved over $100K in its first week.
xAI's Grok Bot now ships Microsoft plugins that let bots read, write, and act across Outlook, Calendar, and OneDrive. Elon Musk amplified the launch as a Grok Bot upgrade, pushing the always-on cloud agent from chat into real workplace workflows.
Grok Bot can now complete online purchases after users connect Stripe Link and approve each spend; the bot receives a secure, single-use card per payment. The feature is live for US users and rolling out to mobile. Combined with always-on cloud compute and new Microsoft 365 plugins, it is positioning itself as an AI teammate that does real work.
